WWI US Army Memorial Certificate named to Pvt Thomas P. Mahoney of the 338th Machine Gun Battalion, 88th Division. He departed for France on August 15, 1918, but passed away shortly after his arrival due to influenza (Spanish Flu) on October 24th, 1918. The certificate is in overall good condition, despite some rips and tears.
