WWI-II US Army Medical Officer’s Engraved Watch & Insignia named to Dr Raymond R. Decker. Included is his Grun Veri-Thin watch SN: 846996 that is engraved on the reverse to Lt. Col. R.R. Decker, MC and presented by the Mifflin Co. Medical Society on July 29, 1942. Most items seem to be hot glued to the backing except the watch which has detached without leaving glue residue.
