Coat is named to Cocanougher above left interior pocket (which is stained). The right interior pocket has a tag to a Japanese tailor "Nagata Bros. Co. Jacket has US collar insignia, a nice theater made ribbon bar and colonel rank on both epaulettes. 7 gold bullion overseas bars are on the right sleeve.
Colonel Cocanougher served in both WWII and Korea, earning awards such as the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star and Army Commendation medals. Ribbon bar does have some minor damage.
