His tenure in this capacity lasted until 1983 where he is most known for the removal specialist ranking 5 through 7.
The uniform is in great shape with some notable staining present on the left shoulder. Also the understitching to the collar and the overseas arm bars has some light wear from heavy use. Overall this being a uniform of a Sergeant Major of the Army makes this a very unique grouping and worthy of its place in a museum.
