WWI US Army wool uniform that would of been privately purchased separate from your standard issue uniform usually indicating higher quality materials and more custom fit to the individual. The uniform bares rank insignia on the right arm for Sergeant of the Motor-Transportation Corps with matching collar disc as well. Also the uniform has on the left arm the patch for G.H.Q. American Expeditionary Forces as well as three overseas chevrons indicating 19-24 months overseas. The uniform is in great condition with only a few small holes and notable fraying to the top of the G.H.Q. patch.
