A very rare helmet here, with a majority of its brown paint intact. The front of the helmet features the colonial zouave insignia and matches the color of the helmet. The chinstrap is tightened over the front brim of the helmet and is in good, pliable condition with only some minor tears. The black liner is present and intact. There are some minor dents on the outside of the helmet but overall, this is a beautiful helmet from a rare branch of the French military.
