WWII USN Hawley Sun Pith Helmet decorated on the front with the Navy Quartermaster ship anchor stenciled above “QM” and the name “SMITTY” stenciled on the back brim. It is made by Hawley Products Co and stamped with a contract number and date that likely reads 1943 but isn’t clear.
