Jacket is embroidered General John T. Chain with "USAF" underneath and a pair of master aviator wings above, also embroidered. A Strategic Air Command patch is on the right breast and four embroidered stars on each epaulette. General Chain was a four-star from 1985 to his retirement in 1991 so the jacket is from that timeframe. General Chain had an impressive career in the Air Force, serving in Vietnam and accruing 400 combat hours! The jacket is in excellent shape and is a must-have for any serious Air Force collection!
