For sale is a historic grouping belonging to the late BG Willard Broadwater, a career Special Forces officer in the West Virginia Army National Guard and one of the planners for the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003 and deployed later to Iraq in 2005 as the commander of the High Value Individuals Task Force. Broadwater’s career started in ‘73 in South Korea as an officer for Air Defense Artillery officer. This group comes with a South Korean uniform from his early service. Beginning in ‘76, Broadwater served in Special Forces in the West Virginia Army National Guard. Besides his 2005 deployment, Broadwater deployed to Djibouti from Aug 03- Feb 04 ”charged to duties pertaining to the war against terror,” according to his memorial. There are in total nine uniforms, one book, and a printout of two online memorial pages. All uniforms are in good to very good condition.
