OEF Afghan National Police IBA size medium in a light blue-gray with a contract date of 2008 but with soft ballistic inserts which date to June 2009. The entire exterior is camouflaged with coniferous foliage of dark green and black spray painted colors. During OEF, the ANP experienced heavy losses and were plagued with corruption.
