Ripcord handle is tied on to three layers of cardboard with wire. Stapled onto the cardboard is a US Army and "Shafer" nametape, Special Forces patch with Airborne tab and flash for the parachutist wings. Label says "from a Vietnam War veteran" but no further identification. A nice SF display overall.
