WWI German Army M1917 Stahlhelm with intact liner and missing chinstrap and single bail. The helmet has been battle-damaged in France with two pierce holes presumably from a bullet entry and exit. This helmet would of been mailed home by Lt. Hairy C Roth of the 55th CAC. Lt. Roth was in Europe from 12/11/1917-1/22/1919 participating in noted battles Oise-Aisne and Meuse-Argonne.
