WWII German Karabiner 98k bayonet with frog and scabbard with matching serial numbers made by Kirschbaum & Co. of Solingen, Germany in 1943. The knife comes with a leather frog that is void of any markings but is presumably original to the blade. The knife overall is in marginal shape with rust present on the scabbard, blade, quillion, and pommel however the blade handle and scabbard action are sturdy with no play. The leather frog itself is in good condition with expected dehydration and surface scuffs or nicks.
